Healthcare is a priority sector for Core Associates and the team has extensive experience ranging over primary care, acute facilities and mental health. This includes experience across a number of procurement routes; traditional, PFI, Design and Build, Frameworks Scotland and Procure 21. We have also been involved in various advisory roles and have a rich history of working with Health Facilities Scotland where we have been involved in the development of design and technical guidance documents, advising on the Scottish Government Health Directorates Business Case and Primary Care facility guidance. We have advised NHS Boards and have also been involved in the setting up of the Frameworks Scotland initiative and frameworks.
Our core capabilities include design inputs at all key stages and technical knowledge covering all the key deliverables for health sector projects. Strategic inputs for our healthcare clients have included clinical and property strategies, masterplanning, business case development and estate and site evaluation through a developed analysis methodology.
