Core Associates was formed in early 2007 and with the background of wide ranging experience across most sectors of the built environment having worked on projects ranging in scale from minor remodelling of existing buildings through to £1b framework contracts. This project experience has been gained by our senior team on a variety of projects over the past 30 years.
The focus of development of the practice was to concentrate on core strengths and develop through both direct project involvement and advisory work in the public and private sectors.
Strengths of the team include working in the Health, Education, Custodial, Defence, Residential, Retail, Transportation and Commercial sectors.
"We have built a core team of management, design, construction and property professionals with the requisite skills and experience to offer our clients the best advice and service that we can. An interdisciplinary collaborative and integrated approach provides the most suitable blend of skill sets, experience and resource for our clients and particularly on more complex projects."
In all our commissions we endeavour to add value to both the process and product by engaging as far “upstream” and as strategically as possible. This is particularly important within the public sector where clients face many complex challenges in delivering projects. A key driver for us is to be able to understand these challenges and support development of more holistic, affordable and deliverable strategies to ensure that the business case for each project is supported by a robust strategic framework to help facilitate high quality project development and delivery.
We have particular strengths working in the capacity of Project Managers, Design Managers and Technical Advisors on complex procurements and the delivery of specific projects. The experience of our senior team is comparable with the embedded experience in many larger multi-disciplinary practices. Core Associates provide our clients with senior and dedicated consultancy support in an effective and a value added basis.
